Viewing photographs on the Site does not grant you any license, right, or permission to use them in any way. No implied license arises from the public display of any photograph on the Site.
You are expressly prohibited from:

- Selling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any photograph;

Any permitted use of the photographs requires a formal written licensing agreement signed by an authorized representative of The Estate of James Terry. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Susie Cooks Thai, LLC agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida to prevent irreparable harm. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in small claims court if your claim qualifies.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 10, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Susie Cooks Thai, LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. ASSIGNMENT
Susie Cooks Thai, LLC may assign, transfer, or subcontract any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to you. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
